Working Model Prototype Task

As a continuation from the previous task, we were told to make a working model prototype for our chosen services in order to improve the overall customers' experiences.
The problems that we are trying to solve from this prototype is:
1) Due to tickets purchased, both direct from the counter and online tickets, still needs to be obtained the physical tickets from the counter, we made a solution to create a function in Timecineplex app, where customers can just use QR code for their cinema tickets.
2) In Times Cineplex, the ticket counter is used for purchasing both popcorn and tickets, which is actually a good initiative. Unfortunately this to will actually led the queue to be longer. So for online customers, the app have a function where customers can purchase their popcorn and then when they come to the cinema, they can just pick them up directly from a specialized counter for online purchasers.
Originally when purchasing the tickets through their online platform, customers do not have the ability to order for their movie snacks. Therefore, this prototype introduces the ability to do so. Apart from that, instead of the customers having to go to the counter again to get their physical copy of their ticket, QR code is being utilize to eliminate the needs for physical tickets.
